Product Introduction
1. Steel‑Calcium Silicate Board
A new‑generation material formed by combining a tunnel fireproof protective board as the base material with 0.4–0.6 mm galvanized aluminium‑zinc steel sheets through high‑temperature, high‑pressure advanced composite processes. The steel sheet surface is coated with multiple layers of highly weather‑resistant, colour‑stable fluorocarbon paint or inorganic coatings.
Application Advantages:
Stain‑resistant and easy to clean: Surface dirt can be wiped off directly without special treatment, suitable for complex environments like humidity and salt spray.
Mould‑proof and moisture‑proof: Excellent moisture and water resistance; won't deform or become damp in humid conditions, and no paint peeling occurs.
Acid & alkali corrosion resistance: Resistant to freeze‑thaw cycles and salt‑spray corrosion; non‑corrosive to the framework and rust‑free.
Impact resistance: High strength and scratch resistance, effectively resisting wear from flying gravel during traffic, maintaining its appearance.
High internal bonding strength: The steel sheet provides tensile resistance while the calcium silicate board offers compressive strength, complementing each other to enhance overall rigidity.
Anti‑glare: A matte‑reflective surface coating eliminates glare under lighting, providing a safe visual environment for tunnel driving.

2. Tunnel‑Specific Inorganic Pre‑coated Panel
A decorative panel produced from high‑density fibre‑reinforced calcium silicate decorative substrate, processed through over a dozen precision industrial coating steps including penetrating primer, UV putty, adhesion primer, hiding primer, base coat, topcoat, and finish coats.
Application Advantages:
Waterproof & moisture‑proof: No blistering, deformation, or mould even when soaked or exposed to long‑term moisture; suitable for basements, bathrooms, and other humid environments.
Class‑A non‑combustible: Smoke toxicity reaches safety class ZA1.
Rich decorative finishes: Available in multiple colour series and customizable.
Stain‑resistant & easy to clean: Everyday stains such as cola, coffee, and marker pens can be easily wiped off.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to chemicals and hydrochloric acid corrosion.
