The fiber-reinforced cement walkway board is a whole-color wood-grain board made from primary wood pulp, siliceous materials, and calcareous materials as the main substrates. Other special materials are added and it is processed through pulping, molding, pressure application, steam curing, and surface special treatment. It features high strength, good processability, corrosion resistance, mold resistance, strong weather resistance, and long service life. When used as a walkway board, it provides a good stepping experience and visual satisfaction.
Applications
Plank decking can be used for boardwalk paving in scenic areas, parks, waterfront platforms, and communities; for paving of seaside viewing platforms and trestle bridges; for various outdoor paving, balcony flooring, boardwalks, and other outdoor decorative landscapes; as well as for handrails, pergolas, pavilions, flower stands, planters, fences, benches and long chairs, trash bins, architectural decorative panels, and so on.

1. Class A Non-combustible – Building a Safety Barrier for Exterior Walls The wood grain panel meets Class A fire rating standards – it does not burn, does not fuel fire, and does not release toxic smoke when exposed to flames. Used for exterior wall cladding, it enhances architectural aesthetics while preventing fire from spreading along the façade at the source. Its safety level is far superior to wood-based decorative materials. |

2. Wood Grain Finish – Visual Beauty Comparable to Real Timber The surface features a highly realistic wood grain process, with natural textures and warm tones that perfectly capture the look of solid wood. Designed specifically for exterior wall cladding, it is ideal for high-end villas, commercial complexes, and cultural tourism projects, while avoiding the natural drawbacks of wood such as rot and insect damage. |

3. High Strength & Crack Resistance – Withstanding Extreme Weather The panel offers excellent mechanical strength and outstanding wind load resistance. Whether facing strong wind loads in coastal typhoon zones or wind-induced vibrations on high-rise buildings, it maintains a flat surface and stable structure – unyielding to harsh weather conditions. |

4. Moisture & Mold Resistance – Long-Lasting Freshness in Any Environment The panel does not absorb water, resists mold, and has strong freeze-thaw durability. It adapts seamlessly to environments ranging from humid and rainy to cold and dry. With UV resistance and anti-aging properties, it retains its rich color and does not fade even after prolonged sun and rain – truly “suitable for any environment,” staying as good as new over time. |

5. Easy Installation – Time- and Labor-Saving Dry Construction Using dry installation methods and a system of furring strips or hanging clips, the panels can be cut precisely and installed efficiently. This significantly shortens the exterior wall cladding construction timeline, reduces labor costs, and ensures a flat, aesthetically pleasing finished surface. |
