The components of the water-bonded sand process mainly include water-based resins, natural sand particles and inorganic pigments. These components work together to form a coating with a three-dimensional effect and a stone-like appearance.
Core raw materials and functions:
1.Water-based emulsion (40%-60%): Usually made of acrylic or silicone-acrylic emulsions, it provides adhension and flexibility to ensure the coating’s adhesion.
2.Natural sand particles(30%-50%):Particle size ranging from 0.1 to 2mm. After cleaning and screening, they provide a three-dimensional texture and a stone-like effect.
3.Pigments and fillers(5%-15%): Such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigments, which provide color and opacity.
4.Functional additives(2%-5%): These include fungicides, thickeners and leveling agents, which enhance weather resistance and construction performance.
Applications
Villas and high-end residences, hotels, resorts, home stays, shopping centers, malls, office buildings, restaurants, exhibition halls, specialty stores, schools, hospitals, libraries, airports, high-speed railway stations etc.

1. Class A1 Non-Combustible – Fire-Resistant The fiber cement board meets the Class A1 fire rating standard – it does not burn and does not produce toxic smoke when exposed to fire. Even in high-temperature or open-flame environments, it effectively blocks the spread of fire, building the first line of defense for building safety. |

2. High Strength & Impact Resistance – Toughness Against Cracking The board has high strength and outstanding impact resistance, making it difficult to damage from external impacts. Combined with excellent deformation resistance, it maintains a flat, crack-free surface even under long-term wind pressure, vibration, or temperature fluctuations. |

3. Wind Pressure & Seismic Resistance – Withstanding Extreme Weather Whether facing strong wind pressure in typhoon zones or frequent vibrations in earthquake belts, the fiber cement board – thanks to its superior mechanical structure and toughness – effectively resists wall deformation and damage, providing dual safety protection for buildings. |

4. Moisture & Mold Resistant – Unafraid of Humid Environments The board does not absorb water, resists mold growth, and has strong freeze-thaw durability. Whether in high-humidity coastal areas or freezing weather, it maintains stable performance, completely solving the problem of traditional panels that swell or develop mold when exposed to moisture. |

5. Easy Installation – Long-Lasting Durability for Peace of Mind Using dry construction methods in conjunction with light-gauge steel furring channels, the board is easy to cut and quick to install, greatly shortening the construction period. With ultra-long durability – once installed, it requires no frequent repairs or replacements for decades – it saves you both worry and money. |
