Steel-composite fiber cement fire-resistant and blast-proof panel. It exhibits exceptional impactresistance and provides outstanding blast impact resistance from high-pressure fluid penetration during fire incidents. This system can be applied to any building area requiring horizontal barriers.
The framwork of blast-proof panel walls typically consists of C-section steel(3mm or thicker) or channel steel. The system delivers a load-bearing integrated fire-resistat and blast-proof partition barrier. To enhance fire resistance performance, rock wool can be filled within the wall framework.
Applications
1.Industry and energy sector, petrochemicals, power energy, manufacturing industry
2.Infrastructure and Transportation: Ventilation and smoke exhaust pipes in subway and railway tunnels, cable protection, partition walls for equipment areas in stations, etc.
3.Public and civilian buildings, high-rise office buildings, shopping centers, airports, bank vaults, data processing centers, communication hubs, important laboratories, archives, government command centers, police station ammunition storage rooms, and protective walls of key anti-terrorism units, etc.

1. A1 Non-combustible – Safety Starts at the Source The calcium silicate board meets the A1 fire rating standard – it does not burn and does not produce toxic smoke when exposed to fire. Even in high-temperature, open-flame environments, it effectively blocks the spread of fire, providing reliable protection for building safety. |

2. High Strength – Stable and Durable The panel offers excellent mechanical strength with high impact and bending resistance, making it resistant to damage over long-term use. Combined with low shrinkage characteristics, it ensures good dimensional stability. Wall or partition systems remain flat, crack-free, and deformation-free. |

3. Moisture & Mold Resistant – Unafraid of Humid Environments The panel does not absorb water, resists mold growth, and has strong freeze-thaw durability. Whether in basements, bathrooms, high-humidity coastal areas, or during rainy seasons, it maintains stable performance, completely solving the problems of traditional panels that swell or develop mold when exposed to moisture. |

4. Formaldehyde-Free & Asbestos-Free – Green and Eco-Friendly The substrate is made of inorganic mineral components, containing no formaldehyde or asbestos, eliminating the release of harmful substances at the source. Odorless after installation, it is ready for immediate use, protecting users' respiratory health. It is especially suitable for spaces with strict environmental requirements such as hospitals, schools, and residences. |

5.Outstanding blast and impact resistance Fiber cement anti-blast panels (especially the composite steel plate type) can withstand powerful explosive shock waves. For example, some products achieve an anti-blast pressure rating of up to 4000 kPa, far exceeding the national standard requirement of 1400 kPa. This composite structure of "galvanized steel plate + fiber cement layer" leverages the ductility of the steel plate to dissipate the energy of the shock wave, while the fiber cement layer absorbs the impact load, preventing the panel from shattering instantaneously. |
