Exterior wall fluorocarbon paint fiber cement board is a new type of inorganic fire-resistant decorative panel. It is made from a special fiber-reinforced cement board as the substrate, which is subjected to multiple sanding, penetration, and waterproofing treatments, followed by the application of multiple layers of UV fluorocarbon paint cured through ultraviolet light. The surface coating consists of these multiple layers of UV fluorocarbon paint, forming a dense, cross-linked network. This coating has low surface tension and high chemical inertness, endowing the board with outstanding weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-soiling performance, and UV resistance.
